Qala-e-haidar is one of nearby villages of Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. In this village there are many brick furnace. Every early morning the brick furnace workers are starting the brick baking.
Every brick furnace has 30 to 35 worker; workers are depending on the factory’s production capacity. Meanwhile the factories also have night shifts and Some of workers have to work during night shift. Night workers should ensure that fire continuously continues brick furnace and does not stop the brick baking process.

the process of baking raw bricks to baked bricks is 40 days. And each brick price around 2 to 3 Afghani. For baking bricks in furnace they use coal and using of coal produce thick smoke and it generate environmental pollution and people living around these brick kiln factories.
